18-Month Fixed-Term Contract | Hybrid (Scotland)
We're seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead a major CRM transformation programme for a values-driven organisation undergoing significant digital change. This is a fantastic opportunity to deliver a business-critical project that will consolidate multiple legacy systems into a single modern CRM platform.

You'll take ownership of the full project lifecycle, from discovery and vendor selection through to implementation, data migration, testing, and go-live. Working closely with stakeholders across the business, you'll help create a single source of truth that improves customer experience, operational efficiency, and reporting capability.

• Lead a large-scale CRM migration and transformation programme.
• Assess current systems and define the future-state solution.
• Manage CRM vendor selection and third-party suppliers.
• Oversee data migration, governance, and integration activities.
• Drive stakeholder engagement, project governance, risk management, and reporting.
• Support process redesign and customer journey improvements.

You'll bring:

• Proven experience delivering CRM implementation or migration projects.
• Experience with Salesforce, Dynamics 365, or similar CRM platforms.
• Strong data migration and systems consolidation experience.
• Excellent stakeholder management and supplier engagement skills.
• A solid understanding of project governance, risk, and change management.

• 18-month Fixed-Term Contract.
• Hybrid working with travel across Scotland as required.
