Russian Speaking Customer Service Advisor
 

Are you fluent in Russian and English and looking for a customer service role with a genuine work-life balance?
I'm currently recruiting for a Russian Speaking Customer Service Advisor to join a leading travel business based in Edinburgh City Centre.

What's on offer?

• Salary: £26,800 + £1,000 annual language bonus
• Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 4:30pm (no evenings or weekends!)
• Location: Edinburgh City Centre - just a 10-minute walk from the train station

The Role

As a Russian Speaking Customer Service Advisor, you'll be supporting travel customers across phone, live chat and email, taking ownership of each query from start to finish. Working as part of a supportive, high-performing team, you'll help deliver an outstanding customer experience while working towards key performance measures such as Customer Satisfaction (CSAT), Quality Assurance (QA) and Average Handling Time (AHT).

What We're Looking For in a Russian Speaking Customer Service Advisor

• Fluent in Russian and English (spoken and written)
• Previous customer service or contact centre experience
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Comfortable multitasking across multiple systems
• Passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences
