Job Description:

Your chance to Grill Beef at one of Scotland’s most established Steakhouses.

Champany Inn is looking for an enthusiastic Grill Chef to join the Chop and Ale House bistro team.

Prior grilling experience would be helpful but not essential. Full training will be provided.

• You will be able to prepare, cook and deliver dishes with confidence and deliver to Champany standards.
• You will be able to run service on your own; you will have the backup of our team of experienced chefs.
• You will be able to maintain high standards of food safety, health and safety and personal hygiene

Champany has built its reputation on beef. You will work with our on-site butcher and experienced team to serve the Best Steaks, the Best Burgers as well as other Scottish dishes.

This is your chance to work with fresh Scottish produce and cook from scratch.

Shifts will vary and cover Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner; we will work with you to ensure your rota suits your personal circumstances.

You will get your time off.

Champany is closed on Christmas Day, Boxing Day and New Year’s Day because family is important to us too.
