IT Support Engineer 2nd-3rd Line

3-month initial contact

Hybrid Edinburgh

£250 per day OUTSIDE IR35

I'm currently recruiting for an IT Support Engineer position with an innovative technology company based in Edinburgh. The business develops advanced technology solutions within the clean technology sector and is looking to strengthen its internal IT function with an experienced support professional.

Skills/Experience:

**Strong 2nd-3rd line IT support experience
**Administration of Microsoft 365 (Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive)
**Experience with Azure AD
**Support of Windows and Apple devices
**Knowledge of networking, VPNs, remote access, and infrastructure
**Experience with cybersecurity, endpoint management, patching, and vulnerability management
**Exposure to technologies such as Azure, VMware, Cisco, or Meraki
