Russian Speaking Customer Service Advisor - Edinburgh

Location: Edinburgh
Salary: £26,800 per annum
Hours: Full-time, 37.5 hours per week
Working Pattern: Hybrid - 3 days office / 2 days working from home
Contract: Permanent

Are you a Russian-speaking Customer Service professional looking for an exciting opportunity in Edinburgh?

We are currently recruiting for a Russian Speaking Customer Service Advisor to join a growing international travel organisation. This is a fantastic opportunity to work within a fast-paced, customer-focused environment where you will support customers with their travel arrangements and provide an excellent level of service.

As a Russian Speaking Customer Service Advisor, you will be responsible for assisting customers with a range of travel-related enquiries, including flights, hotels and other travel services.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Handling customer enquiries via telephone and live chat

• Assisting customers with bookings, amendments and general travel queries

• Resolving customer issues efficiently and professionally

• Providing a high level of customer service throughout every interaction

• Working towards individual and team KPIs and service targets

• Using multiple computer systems to access and update customer information

• Communicating clearly and professionally with customers in both Russian and English

• Working effectively as part of a busy and supportive team

We are looking for someone who is confident, customer-focused and enjoys helping people.

Ideally, you will have:

• Fluent Russian and English, both written and spoken

• Previous experience in customer service, contact centre, hospitality or a similar environment

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Strong problem-solving abilities

• Good computer and typing skills

• The ability to remain calm and professional when dealing with challenging situations

• A positive and adaptable approach to work

• The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet performance targets

Previous experience within the travel industry would be advantageous, but is not essential.

• £26,800 basic salary

• Hybrid working - 3 days in the Edinburgh office and 2 days from home

• Full-time, permanent position
