• Manage and update sales records and databases accurately.
• Prepare and process sales orders and invoices.
• Respond to customer queries via phone and email in a timely manner.
• Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth communication and workflow.
• Assist with scheduling and organising meetings and appointments.
• Maintain and manage office supplies and resources for the sales department.
• Support the team with general administrative tasks as needed.

Profile

A successful Sales Administrator (Temp) should have:

• Previous experience in an administrative or support role in a similar setting.
• Strong organisational skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proficiency in using office software such as Microsoft Office.
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines effectively.

Job Offer

• Hourly pay of £15.00 per hour , dependent on the level of experience.
