Worktop Fitter

£40,000 - £45,000 + Company Van + Tools + Pension + Excellent Benefits + Guaranteed Work

Field Based Role Around Livingston & Surrounding Area's, Ideally Located: Edinburgh, Broxburn, Gogar, West Calder, Bathgate, Whitburn, Queensferry

Are you an experienced Fitter looking to step up into a Van Leader position with one of the UK's leading worktop specialists?

This is an exciting opportunity to join a well-established and growing manufacturer of high-end stone worktops. You'll lead a small fitting team, deliver exceptional quality installations, and enjoy strong earning potential with guaranteed weekly work.

Working across Livingston and Scotland, you'll take ownership of each job from start to finish, ensuring every installation is completed to the highest standards while maintaining the company's reputation for quality craftsmanship and customer satisfaction.

The Role:

• Leading a small team on the installation of bespoke stone worktops, splashbacks, and cladding
• Ensuring all installations are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards
• Communicating effectively with customers and internal teams to resolve issues and deliver excellent service

The Person:

• Experienced Worktop or Stone Fitter with leadership or mentoring experience
• Strong knowledge of fitting techniques, hand tools, and digital job sheets
• Full UK driving licence and commitment to quality and professionalism

The Package:

• £97.85 per completed installation + additional rates for site work and remedials
• Guaranteed minimum of 7 installations per week (earnings protected)
• Typical earnings £40,000 - £45,000 per year
• Company van and tools provided
• All travel, fuel, and overnight accommodation covered where required
• Company pension and long-term stability with a respected industry leader
